Fishy Business

Summary
As the lead designer on our group fishing game project, I was responsible for creating the Game Design Document and defining the core gameplay loop and mechanics. I also designed and implemented the game's user interface, ensuring a clear and engaging player experience. In addition to my design duties, I served as the Scrum Master, organizing and facilitating our development sprints and weekly stand-ups to keep the team aligned and on schedule.

The game was nominated by lecturers and supervisors to be showcased at the universities end of year game showcase, "Game Over". Although it didn't win the competition, I was more than happy to have the opportunity to show the game (and our skills) off to members of the games industry and have people play and give feedback on our game.
